Philomel cancelation

In accordance with government mandates for safe distancing, the Philomel Club of Warren is canceling its annual May luncheon and program.

The Philomel board meeting will be held at a safe location in mid-to-late May, and board members will be contacted as to time and location.

Cancer Support Group

Due to the heath risks, the Warren Woman’s Cancer Support Group is cancelled until further notice.

Hospice donations

Hospice of Warren County received contributions during the month of March in the names of James “Jim” McCollough, LeRoy Stoddard, Thomas C. Swanson, Faye Kleckner, Stella Barrett, Dorothy Brunecz, Coral Hoover, Ronald Blum, Bernadine Keith, Allene Johnson, Kathryn “Katie” Rodgers, Wilson Boyd, Lloyd J. Paul, Ron Farnham, Rex Rossey, Ronald Morse, Jean Valone, Thomas Brigiotta, Leland R. Stillson, Betty Bearfield, Jack E. Dailey, Inez “Dolly” Naegeli, Mary E. Allen, Myrtle Ferrie, Rosalind Smith, and Susan Salisbury Salapek.

Your donations support a comprehensive Hospice Program, including the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Residence, Palliative Care Service, and The Schorman Center — A Place for Healing Grief and Loss.
