Online learning and reading opportunities

While programs have ceased at the Warren Public Library during our current closure parents may want to access virtual story times at www.storylineonline.net; including the recommended When a Dragon Moves In.

To find a list of educational websites offering free subscriptions to continue learning during closures, go to www.kidsactivitiesblog.com. In addition to a list of free subscriptions there are also lists of screen free activities, links to virtual museum tours and many other ideas.

Library resources can be found at www.warrenlibrary.org. Click Recommended Sites followed by Power Library PA and then Power Kids to listen to fiction/nonfiction books and short videos on Bookflix and Trueflix. At some point, you will be prompted for your library card number and four digit password. You may also use your library card number and password to check out e-books and e-audio books; access these digital resources via the e-books box on the WPL website.
