Photo submitted to Times Observer Calling All Sleuths — WCCS (Rt. 6, Youngsville) will present “The Cat Screamed at Midnight” on Saturday, March 17, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The cost is $15 per person or $25 a couple. A dessert bar will be provided as refreshments. March 15, 22, 29; April 5, 12, 19, 26: Build-It-Up, Take-It-Down: Thursdays, 3 to 5 p.m., Warren Public Library Children’s Department. Provides ample STEM opportunities for learning by playing with large wooden blocks, LEGO, Lincoln Logs and other toys that enhance the experience. Geared towards ages three to eight, but all are welcome.

March 15: Warren Garden Club Meeting and Luncheon St Joseph Catholic Church, 600 Pennsylvania West, Warren, noon. Each member is to bring a dish to pass for Garden Club’s spring salad luncheon.
