Times Observer entrance closed for safety
Due to COVID-19 concerns, The Times Observer is closing its front doors to local foot traffic until further notice. The newspaper is still open for business by calling 723-8200 and making an appointment. Subscriptions can be paid online, slide between the front doors in an envelope with customer name, address and phone number, or made by calling 723-8200. This decision has been made for the continued safety of our customers and our staff.
“We appreciate our customers’ business,” Publisher Robert Patchen said. “With safety in mind for our community, our customers, and our employees we will be limiting face-to-face contact to appointments only.”
“Classified advertising, retail advertising, and editorial may be reached by calling 723-8200,” Patchen said. “For missed papers or making changes to accounts, circulation can be reached at 726-2042.”
“Customers are welcome to email us,” he said. “There is an up-to-date email directory under the ‘contact us’ portion of our website.”
