Both Walmart (above) and Tops have signs on their doors in Warren notifying the public of a change to 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily hours of operation until further notice. Walmart: “This will help ensure associates are able to stock the products our customers are looking for and to perform cleaning and sanitizing.” Stores may also limit high-demand items.
