Lou is a lifelong resident of northwestern Pennsylvania and currently resides with his better half, Jan, and their horses and dogs on a farm in Russell. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Jurisprudence in Energy Law degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law and has been actively engaged in the oil and natural gas industry as a land management professional since 2006. His vast knowledge of real property and landowner negotiations has been attained through many years of experience in land management, researching property records, and negotiating agreements from leases to easements and beyond. Lou is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Warren County Board of Realtors.
