The DQ Grill & Chill at 1067 Market St. in North Warren recently received a Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence (PRIDE) Award from the Dairy Queen system for achieving a high level of cleanliness and food safety.

“We felt honored to have received such a prestigious award,” owner Gary Stoops said. “We work hard to keep our restaurant at a high level of cleanliness to ensure that we provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers.”

Dairy Queen conducts an unannounced PRIDE assessment visit to each store once each year. The results of those visits determine which restaurants receive the award.
