Van Epps

Ashley Van Epps has been named Personal Care Home Administrator at the Suites at Rouse.

Van Epps began her professional career after graduating from New York State University in 2008 where she worked in the Occupational Therapy field for seven years. After relocating back to her hometown of Warren in 2015, Van Epps assumed the Admissions Director role at the Rouse Home.

Ken Schonbachler, Rouse CEO, said, “she has been instrumental in streamlining the admissions process, overseen a significant increase in Rouse Home admissions, supervised the social work and transportation departments, and has played a critical role in the overall growth and stabilization of the Rouse Home for the past 4 years”.

In April of 2019, Van Epps earned her Personal Care Home Administrator license through Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, Van Epps is currently pursuing a degree in Health Service Administration through Robert Morris University and is expected to graduate in 2020.

In her spare time, Van Epps enjoys spending time with her daughter, Avery, family, and her better half, Damian. Her interests include photography, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors. She is an active member of the 2019-2020 Leadership Warren County Program.
