NW names Justice vice president
Amy Justice, small business operations manager of Northwest Bank, has been named vice president.
Working from the corporate office in Warren, Ms. Justice is responsible for Small Business Loan Operations. In addition to managing the Small Business Loan Operations team, Justice is also responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to improve the Small Business Administration (SBA) loan process.
Justice began her career with Northwest in 1993 as a loan processor. Since then, she’s held numerous positions throughout the bank, including retail processing and underwriting manager, regional mortgage originations manager and loan servicing manager.
She has her associate’s degree from Jamestown Business College and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Advanced School of Banking.
Justice is the daughter of Linda Repine of Sheffield and the late Jeff Arnold of Warren. She lives in Warren with her husband, Jimmy. Together, they have two children, Justin and Haley.
