Four guilty pleas were entered and six pleaded not guilty during arraignment and change of plea proceedings Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Justin A. Anderson, 31, Jamestown, NY, to criminal conspiracy (retail theft). Charges of retail theft and two counts of defiant trespass were not prosecuted.

¯ Bruce D. Campbell, 42, Clarendon, to charges at two dockets. At one, he pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and at a second to conspiracy (contraband) and conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver). Charges including two counts of contraband, conspiracy (contraband), criminal use of a communications facility, two counts of possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) were not prosecuted.

¯ Thomas E. Kittner, 80, Warren, to DUI, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving. Charges including two counts of DUI, obscured plates and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility were not prosecuted.

¯ Nicole S. Matha, 49, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Not guilty pleas were entered by the following defendants:

¯ Jacob J. Disshon, 19, Sheffield. Disshon has been charged with DUI and careless driving.

¯ John R. Frontera, 40, Columbus. Frontera has been charged with aggravated assault, strangulation, two counts of simple assault, harassment and cruelty to animals at one docket as well as persons not to possess firearms, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia at a second docket.

¯ Joseph I. Martin, 22, Frewsburg, NY. Martin has been charged with fleeing or eluding police, resisting arrest and a total of nine summary traffic violations.

¯ Matthew J. Porter, 30, Warren. Porter has been charged with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Kevin J. Powers, 34, Warren. Powers has been charged with aggravated harassment by prisoner and harassment.

¯ Steven R. Snyder, 33, Warren. Snyder has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and resisting arrest.
