Two inmates charged for throwing toilet water
Two Warren County jail inmates face additional felony charges after throwing toilet water at people in separate events.
Justin A. Anderson, 31, and Kevin J. Powers, 34, each face charges of aggravated harassment by prison and harassment.
According to the affidavits of probable cause, each inmate used a plastic cup to scoop up toilet water that contained urine then threw the water on someone outside their cell.
The aggravated harassment charges are felonies of the third degree.
