Virtual Spirit Week invites photos

In case you didn’t know, Warren County School District students are celebrating “Spirit Week” this week through Friday.

Virtual Spirit Week.

“As we all continue to practice social distancing and self-quarantine within our own homes, the Warren County School District would like to present a ‘Virtual Spirit Week’ for all our students across the county,” Beaty Principal Shannon Yeager passed along to parents and students Monday morning. “We felt this would help provide an opportunity for our students to do something fun while working on their online and offline materials from home. Please know that this is a voluntary set of activities, but we’d love to see our students working on their materials while participating in our Virtual Spirit Week… Parents may post their child’s picture on their school’s daily Facebook page.”

In case you missed it, Monday was Pajama Day in the District. Since we slept on that one, here is the rest of this week’s schedule for entertainment purposes:

Tuesday, March 31 – BRING YOUR PET TO SCHOOL DAY: Take a picture of you and your pet or pets doing schoolwork from home. (Hopefully the student is doing the work).

Wednesday, April 1 – PHOTOGENIC DAY: Take a picture of you doing your schoolwork in a unique place in or around your home.

Thursday, April 2 – JERSEY DAY: Take a picture of you doing your schoolwork in your favorite team’s jersey or t-shirt.

Friday, April 3 – SCHOOL COLORS DAY: Take a picture of you doing your schoolwork with your school colors on.
