Christina A. Briggs , the daughter of Floyd and Diane Briggs of Warren, and Dustin L. Andersen, the son of Todd and Veronica Andersen of Scandia, were united in marriage on Aug. 1, 2020, in a beautiful small outdoor ceremony held on the beaches of Presque Isle in Erie, Pa.
