Wora Bura Hua Hina Resort on the Gulf of Thailand was the setting for the wedding of Piyanuch Klomthaisong and Benjamin Zawacki on March 7, 2020. Fr. Paul Pollock, S.J., officiated the ceremony at sunset. Both the bride and the groom were escorted by their mothers.

Miss Klomthaisong is the daughter of Aree Plewsungnern. She is a graduate of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University in Bangkok, and is an independent consultant focusing on holistic health and fitness.

Mr. Zawacki, a Warren native, is the son of John and Cathryn Zawacki. He is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross and The George Washington Law School. He is currently employed as a Program Specialist for The Asia Foundation, focusing on foreign policy, human rights, and international law.

The couple will reside in Bangkok, Thailand, and Bailey Island, Maine.
