Feb. 11, 25; March 4, 11, 18, 25; April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29: Toddler Time: Warren Public Library Children’s Department, Mondays, 10:30 a.m. Theme-based story time, songs, craft, creative play for ages one to four.

February 12, 19, 26; March 5, 12, 19, 26; April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30: Build-It-Up, Take-It-Down: Warren Public Library Children’s Department, Tuesdays, 3 to 5 p.m. Children of all ages learn STEM skills through play with large wooden blocks, LEGO, Bee Bot coding robots, Bloco Robots and other toys that enhance the experience.

Feb. 14: Warren Garden Club Board Meeting, Warren Public Library, 10:15 a.m.

Feb. 16: Valentines and Red Balloons, 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., Warren Public Library, Slater Room, 3rd floor. Stories, a classic 30-minute movie about a red balloon and strawberry cupcakes on the 3rd floor, followed by crafts and play with STEM toys in the Children’s Department. Each child will receive a red balloon to take home. Preregistration appreciated. Leave a message for Children’s staff at 723-4650 or register in the Children’s Department.

Feb. 20: A Cat And A Hat, 10:15 to 11 a.m., Warren Public Library, Slater Room, 3rd floor. Cris Johnson returns to Warren with a program centered around the wacky characters and plots of many Dr. Seuss books. This interactive, hilarious theatrical experience will have children and adults laughing, clapping and cheering. Preregistration appreciated. Feb. 21, 22, 23 at 7 p.m. and Feb. 24 at 2 p.m.: Warren Players presents “The Importance of Being Earnest” in Struthers Library Theatre’s Library Room. For tickets, call (814) 723-7231. Adults $14, Seniors and Students $12.

Feb. 23: 10 to 11:30 a.m., Beginning Beekeeping: Learn about the basic equipment and skills you need to keep your own hives of Honeybees. March 16: “Step Into Spring” at the Woman’s Club of Warren, 310 Market St., from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Inaugural artisan/vendor fair with 20+ vendors offers an opportunity to shed winter blahs and shop for the next special event on your calendar. The Easter Bunny will pose for free photos with children. A basket of Peterson’s Corn Crib Candies will be raffled off. Pysanky egg painting demonstrations, coffee bar, and more. Admission $2. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
