Steve and Tina Dinger of Russell, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel, to Tyler Bradley, the son of Tonya McGrath and grandson of Vicki Wheeling, both of Warren, Pa.

Miss Dinger is a graduate of Eisenhower High School and Jamestown Community College. She is employed at Indiana Regional Medical Center as a certified occupational therapy assistant. Her fiance is a graduate of Warren Area High School and Indiana University. He is employed by UPMC and is an athletic trainer for the Deery Middle Senior High School.

A February 2022 wedding is planned in Warren, Pa.
