William “Bil” and Angie Turner of Russell, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Theodora ”Dora” Christine Turner, to Caleb Corey Linkerhof, the son of Penny and Merle Lyon of Pittsfield, Pa/. and Jeffrey and Shannon Linkerhof of Columbus, Pa.

Miss Turner is a 2014 graduate of Warren Area High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from St. Bonaventure University. She opened a business, Cheronis & Turner Anchor Advisors, LLC , with her uncle in Warren in January 2018, and they specialize in assisting community members with their Medicare and health insurance options. Her fiance is a 2013 graduate of Youngsville High School and received his Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice in 2017 from Slippery Rock University. He is an intellectual disabilities caseworker for Forest-Warren Human Services.

A February 2021 wedding is planned.
