Kyla Weber and Kyle Rafalski, along with their parents, are happy to announce their engagement.

Kyla is the daughter of Gary and Misty Weber of Russell. She is a 2012 graduate of Eisenhower High School and a 2016 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy & Administration. She is currently employed by the Warren County School District and resides in Youngsville.

Kyle is the son of Scott Rafalski and Julie Saltsman of Youngsville. He is a 2012 graduate of Youngsville High School. He is currently part-owner of Allegheny Custom Homes and resides in Youngsville.

A September 12, 2020, wedding will be held in Spring Creek.
