Rebecca Swanson and Adam Kostka, along with their parents, are pleased to announce their engagement.

Rebecca is the daughter of Jim and Tammy Swanson of Warren. She is a 2013 graduate of Warren Area High School and a 2018 graduate of Duquesne University with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. She is currently employed as a physician assistant in obstetrics and gynecology at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Va.

Adam is the son of John and Lisa Kostka of Hermitage. He is a 2013 graduate of Hickory High School and a 2018 graduate of Duquesne University with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. He is currently employed as a physician assistant in internal medicine at Sovah Health in Martinsville, Va.

An October 3, 2020, wedding will be held in Pittsburgh.
