Teah Bines and Matthew Sweigart, along with their parents, are pleased to announce their engagement.

Teah is the daughter of Todd and Kris Bines of Warren. Teah is a 2015 graduate from Warren Area High School and recently graduated from Mercyhurst North East with an associates degree in Occupational Therapy.

Matthew is the son of Scott and Gina Sweigart of Warren. Matthew is a 2016 graduate from Warren Area High School and graduated from Triangle Tech with an associates degree in Maintenance Electricity and Construction Technology. Matthew is currently employed at Northwest Service Company.

A wedding in the summer of 2020 is being planned.
