Scott and Denise Reynolds would like to announce the engagement of their son, Bill Reynolds, to Amanda Betz. Amanda is the daughter of William and Joan Betz of Virginia. Bill and Amanda both work and Washington Mills Elementary School. A September wedding is planned at Locust Shade Park in Virginia.
