A girl, Cora Rose was born on Oct. 27, to Connie Hutley Kiser and Matt Kiser of Canyon Lake, Texas. She was born at Resolute Medical Center, San Marcos, Texas. She will join her brother Charles and sister Evelyn at home. Paternal Grandparents are Rick and Annette Hutley of Youngsville, Pa.
