The Eisenhower baseball team saw its record drop to 0-5, when it suffered a 6-2 non-region loss to Northwestern on Thursday. Brayden Baker started on the hill for the Knights. He worked 5 2/3 innings and allowed four earned runs. Wes Wilcox came in in relief, allowing one earned run. Northwestern jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the first inning, thanks to a pair of doubles, adding another run in the top of the second on a Zach Johnson single. CORRY — The Warren boys and girls track & field team traveled to Corry on Thursday to take on the Beavers. The boys were victorious by the narrowest of margins, 75.25-74.75. The girls, meanwhile, fell 86-64. LAKEVIEW — The Eisenhower Lady Knights traveled to Lakeview and lost in a walk off as the Sailors were able to push a run across the plate for the 8-7 victory on Wednesday.. Eisenhower jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the top of the first when Hailey Gray singled in a run. The Lady Knights would add to their lead with runs in the fourth and fifth inning to take a 3-1 lead.
