ANF to host Full Moon Walk on Monday

There will be a moon walk on Monday. It has nothing to do with backward-moving dance moves popular in the 1980s. The Allegheny National Forest is holding its third interpretive Full Moon Walk from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 6. A forest ranger will lead those who attend along the Timberdoodle Flats Interpretive Trail for about three-quarters of a mile. “During the walk, participants will explore the moon, life in the forest, and how they are connected,” Public Affairs Officer Christopher Leeser said.
