As the countdown to kickoff rapidly approaches zero, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference teams are starting to get a feel for how they’ll perform this season. Representatives from more than 150 public schools attended the PIAA Equity Summit Tuesday in State College, and they sent a strong message to the PIAA board of directors.
