Randy Lee McLucas, 60 of Clarendon, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on January 5, 2024. He was born on January 6, 1963, in Hagerstown, MD, the son of Robert Lee McLucas and OraBelle (Weaver) McLucas. Randy was a graduate of South Hagerstown High School. He served his country in the United States Marines and earned the rank of Corporal, serving from 1981 to 1988, and he was a very proud veteran. He was an over the road truck driver for 30+ years.
