Linda Barbara (Toner) Lucas passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025 Linda was born on May 23, 1944, in Warren, PA, the daughter of the late Ernest Toner and Frieda (Sidon) Mowrey. She graduated from Youngsville High School in 1962. She worked at Sylvania, Pellerino’s and Penn Laurel Center Care in Warren for many years. Then she moved to Mercer, PA and worked as a manager of a Personal Care Home. She later moved back to Warren, PA and attended Pleasant Community Church.
