As tax season is ongoing, it’s important to know where you can find local help for your taxes. Tax forms The Warren Public Library is a place to start. Located in the Reference Department on the second floor of the library is a location to obtain tax forms and information. The library can provide printed Federal form packets and instructions for the 1040. It also has a small supply of state instructions and forms provided by the regional IRS office in Erie.
