Stephen G. Capen, 70, of Warren, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the Titusville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Stephen was born June 7, 1955, in Boston, MA, the son of the late Harry H. and Patricia A. (Wolff) Capen. Stephen was a lifelong area resident and was a 1973 graduate of Warren Area High School.
