Two cases scheduled for October trials

A trial has been scheduled for October for a jury to hear the case of a Tidioute Community Charter School teacher charged in 2025 with statutory sexual assault. Jury selection began Monday in the case against Megan R. Minich, 41, who was charged in November 2025 with first-degree statutory sexual assault: 11 years older; third-degree felony school - intercourse/sexual contact with a student; and two counts of third-degree corruption of minors - defendant age 18 or above.
