Kay L. Wilson, 84, of Manhattan, KS, formerly of Warren PA, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2019.
Kay was born in Clarendon, Pennsylvania on February 2, 1935, a daughter of Mildred (Heeter) and Colburn Steele. She graduated from Warren High School in 1953.
She married Dan L. Wilson on September 10, 1955, in Clarendon, PA, at the Methodist Church. Kay worked retail at the BonTon Store. She also cooked for many places around Warren, PA including the Barley Home. She was a member of the Sweet Adelines for many years. Kay is survived by her husband and her son Jeff Wilson, of Manhattan, KS, her two grandchildren Nora C. Wilson of Casper, WY and Jacqueline Wilson Schau of Denver, CO, and several great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Dennis Steele, her sister Norita Colvin and her son Dan T. Wilson.
Graveside service will be in Warren County Memorial Park, Warren, PA at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to American Diabetes Association Alexandria, VA 22311.
