Jane Campbell

Jane P. Campbell, 96, formerly of W. Frederick St., Corry, Pa., died Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the Corry Manor.

She was born April 15, 1921, in Cleveland, OK., a daughter of the late Jess and Bess Kennemuth Perry Sr.,

Jane was raised and educated in Warren, Pa., where she graduated from Warren High School in 1939. She then attended Bryant Stratton Business College in Buffalo, NY., for two years. After College, she lived in Meadville, Pa., and worked for the Keystone Ordanance Company prior to moving to Chicago, IL. While a resident of Chicago, she was employed as a salesperson for C.A. Roberts Steel Tubing Company. Following her marriage, she moved to Corry where her main priority became raising and caring for her family. She later worked at Raymond Manufacturing (Associated Spring-Barnes Group) and McInnis Steel Company. Jane retired as the office manager of Raymond Federal Credit Union in 1989, following twenty years with the business.

Jane was a longtime member of the Corry Country Club. She enjoyed golfing, traveling and playing cards.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death on March 23, 2014, by her husband Paul R. Campbell whom she married on February 14, 1946, in Chicago, IL.; two sisters, Joanne Cerando and Pauline Perry,; two brothers, Jack Perry and Jess Perry Jr.

Jane is survived by three sons, Thomas Campbell and his wife Carol of Saratoga Springs, NY., Larry Campbell and his wife Brenda of Blockville, NY., and Charles Campbell and his wife Sue of Corry, Pa.; and a brother, Thomas “Skip” Perry of Marlboro, MD.

Also surviving are ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

No calling hours will be held.

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at Pine Grove Cemetery, Corry, Pa., at 11 a.m., Rev. Eric Oliver will officiate.

Memorial’s may be made to charity of ones choice.
