Warren

Aggravated Assault. Zakhary Damron, 23, Warren, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, and disorderly conduct on Aug. 10 after officers were called to a local convenience store for an alleged altercation. Kayla Kraft, 25, Warren, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct, and Destiny Morse, 21, Warren ,was cited for disorderly conduct in the same situation.

Accident. Elyse Hedges, 19, Warren, was cited for careless driving on Aug. 11 following a traffic accident at ConewangoAve. and Fifth Ave., where a street sign was struck.

Theft. Todd Muroski, 47, Warren, was charged with theft of services on Aug. 13 following an investigation into an unpaid bill in the amount of $2,359.75 to a local motel. He was arraigned before District Justice Zydonik and placed in the Warren County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Youngsville

DUI. Youngsville police arrested and charged Sarah Phillips, 41, Warren, with DUI and several summary traffic offenses after she allegedly crashed her vehicle, at approximately 9:15 p.m. June 29, into several objects on Thatchers Lane in Youngsville. Police said she fled the scene and was located a short time after the crash hiding inside a trailer at 32 Robertson Dr. She was taken into custody and taken to Warren General Hospital for her BAC, and found to be over four times the legal limit. Charges have been filed with D.J. Todd Woodin’s office.

DUI. Youngsville police arrested and charged Brittany C. Breon, 29, Youngsville, with DUI after she was allegedly discovered in her vehicle parked on Matthews Run Rd. with a male passenger at approximately 2:50 a.m. July 7. She was taken into custody after officers discovered she had driven while she was under the influence to a degree that rendered her from safely operating a motor vehicle, close to double the legal limit. Charges have been filed with D.J. Todd Woodin.
