Thursday arraignment and change of pleas

Three guilty pleas were entered, six not guilty pleas were entered and one bench warrant was issued during arraignment and change of plea proceedings on Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.
The following defendants pleaded guilty:
¯ Lorn R. Champlin, Sheffield, to furnishing drug-free urine.
¯ Donald C. Kirkwood, Youngsville, to DUI: General impairment – first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, operation on streets and highways and unlawful operation – registration decal or plate were not prosecuted.
¯ Kyle M. Kowalski, Warren, to receiving stolen property.
The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:
¯ Rachelle R. Curtis, Warren. Curtis has been charged with retail theft – take merchandise and criminal conspiracy engaging – retail theft – take merchandise.
¯ Glenn M. Dutzy, Clarendon. Dutzy has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, firearm not to be carried without a license – no criminal violation, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, follow too closely and careless driving.
¯ Thomas A. Kimbrough, Jr., Jamestown, NY. Kimbrough has been charged with robbery – threat immediate serious injury, robbery – commit threat first/second degree felony, robbery – take property from other by force, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, propulsion of missiles onto roadways, harassment, simple assault and theft by unlawful taking.
¯ Brandon M. Morse, Sheffield. Morse has been charged with criminal solicitation – deliver firearm after instant criminal record check, criminal solicitation – firearm ownership – duty of other persons and corruption of minors.
¯ Tyler J. Ordiway, Sheffield. Ordiway has been charged with statutory sexual assault – four to eight years older and corruption of minors.
¯ Reko L. Powell, Warren. Powell has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Tyson I. McVey, Russell. He has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – combination alcohol/drugs – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule I – first offense, careless driving and reckless driving.
