Warren County

Warrant arrest. At about 8 p.m. on September 25, Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Alicia Anthony, 42, Titusville, with assistance from Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police. Anthony, deputies said, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear for sentencing and was incarcerated in the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

Warren

Institutional vandalism. City of Warren police reported that Jeromy Kemery, 25, Warren, was charged with institutional vandalism on Sept. 24 following an investigation into a broken window.

Bad checks. City of Warren police reported that Deborah Davies, 45, Warren, was charged with bad checks on Sept. 24 after a check in the amount of $291.51 was returned for non-sufficient funds.

Public drunkenness. City of Warren police reported that David Nulph, 34, Clarendon, was cited for public drunkenness on September 20 after officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male lying in the roadway.

Dog running at large. City of Warren police reported that Krystal Haneael, 29, Warren, was charged with dog running at large on Sept. 21 after officers responded to a call of a dog on a porch.

Possession. City of Warren police reported that Christian Vail, 24, Warren was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Sept. 22 after officers came into contact with him while serving a warrant.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that Frank Tittio, Erie Ave., reported to police that a silver, electric hand grinder had been stolen from his garage between Sept. 20 at approximately 5:30 p.m. and Sept. 23 at approximately 3 p.m. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Freehold Twp.

Crash. Corry-based state police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Rt. 958 at the intersection with Rt. 957 on September 18 at 6:07 p.m. A 2007 Honda Shadow motorcycle, driven by James F. Snow, 71, Bear Lake, was traveling east on Rt. 957 and attempted to make a right turn onto Rt. 958. A 2005 Dodge Ram 2500, driven by Kenneth S. Hanson, 68, Spring Creek, was stopped at the stop sign on Rt. 958. Snow took the turn, according to police, too wide and struck Hanson’s vehicle. Police said Snow’s motorcycle fell over in the travel lanes and said that he was wearing a helmet and sustained minor injuries to his head. The other vehicle was not damaged and Hanson and a passenger were not injured. Police said that Snow, who was transported by EmergyCare to Corry Memorial Hospital, was cited for required position and method of turning.

Southwest Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that a 42-year-old man, Grand Valley, came outside of his Goodwill Hill Rd. residence to find an unknown male on his property asking for gas. The male fled the scene in an unknown vehicle. The resident then found his vehicle to have its gas tank punctured with a five gallon pale collecting the dripping gas. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
