Arraignment, change of plea proceedings

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas before Senior Judge William Morgan during arraignment and change of plea proceedings on Thursday morning at the Warren County Courthouse:

¯ Kevin S. Davis, Corry. Davis has been charged with receiving stolen property.

¯ Robert E. Doyle, Sheffield. Doyle has been charged with marijuana – small amount personal use, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, unlawful operation, unlawful operate snow/atv under influence, proof of insurance required produced and displayed, unlawful operation snow/atv without a helmet, drive while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended and operation on streets and highways.

¯ Ashley A. Jipson, Warren. Jipson has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

¯ Shawn D. Johnson, Warren. Johnson has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended.

¯ Shane J. Reynolds, Warren. Reynolds has been charged with retail theft – take merchandise.

¯ Jon D. Gage, Jamestown, NY. Gage has been charged with fail to verify address/be photographed.

Morgan issued bench warrants for the following defendants for failure to appear:

¯ Karen K. Bailey, Warren, who has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, vehicle registration suspended and disregard traffic lane.

¯ Chevy A. Haskins, Warren, who has been charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Assistant District Attorney Nicholis Milardo said that he would seek signed waivers from both by the end of the day.
