Northwest names newest vice presidents

Jenny R. Phillips, marketing channels manager of Northwest Bank, has been named vice president. Shawn Walker, executive vice president, chief marketing officer, made the announcement.
Ms. Phillips manages advertising, office merchandising, promotions and events and digital marketing channels for the bank, including strategy development, creative oversight, budgeting and campaign execution. She also serves as the liaison between Northwest and its advertising agencies.
She began her career with Northwest in 2008 as webmaster. In that role, she managed the bank’s website, social media and digital advertising. Since that time, she served as advertising specialist, planning, coordinating and executing advertising campaigns. She was promoted to marketing channels manager in 2015.
A graduate of York College in York, Pennsylvania, Ms. Phillips received her bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in speech communications. She’s a graduate of the PA Bankers’ School of Banking and Advanced School of Banking.
Active in her community, Ms. Phillips is a board member for the Zavinski Memorial Scholarship Fund and coaches the Warren 8th grade girls travel basketball team.
Ms. Phillips is the daughter of Mark and Cheryl Rondinelli of Warren. She lives in Warren with her husband, Ryan.
