Warren’s Megan Smoulder and Nathan Sandberg both won District 10 Golf Championships on Saturday. Smoulder won in Cambridge Springs and Sandberg at Meadville. Both Dragons advance to the Class AAA State Tournament. Read Monday’s Times Observer for more information.
