FRANKLIN –Eisenhower boys track and field split a pair of matches on the road Thursday, claiming a 102-45 win over Dubois Central Catholic School, but falling to host Franklin, 102-47.

Mikael Beaver had a big day in the field for the Knights in their victory, taking home the javelin (124-4.5) and the shot put (36-8); while Benji Bauer claimed the high jump (5-1) and the triple jump (37-0).

The Eisenhower girls squad posted a 101-38 win over Franklin, thanks to wins in the 1,600 meters by Sydney Cronmiller (7:17.29), the 800 meters from Madison Cathcart (2:59.24) and the javelin by Rayna Hultman (95-8).

Hultman was a double winner in the second meet, in which DCC was a 71-66 winner over Eisenhower, adding a win in the shot put (28-5).

On Wednesday, Kane was a 70-56 winner over Eisenhower in junior high girls track and field.

Callan Giigliotti took home the 200 meters in 31.75 and took the high jump with a mark of 4-feet-2 inches, in addition to anchoring the winning 400-meter relay team , which won with a time of 1:00.71 for the Knights.

Kane was a 68-56 winner over the Knights in the boys junior high meet. Joe Mistretta claimed the 100 hurdles (20.9) and the 300 hurdles (50.31), while Tanner Lookenhouse took the high jump (4-4) and the long jump (13-3).
