ERIE – Warren took a full roster of 23 wrestlers to the Major Tom Carr duals in Erie on Monday.

As a team, the Dragons went 3-2 overall with wins against Oil City (61-9), Seneca (60-19) and Dunkirk (NY, 54-18)) and losses to Girard (38-36) and North East (42-36).

It was a monster day for senior Owen Balas, who went 5-0 with five first period pins. Joey Arnold also went 5-0 with three pins and two forfeit wins and Zack Patz earned his first varsity victory.

The Dragons return to action Wednesday, hosting Conneaut (Ohio).
