Fund Drive
Once again the Holiday Food Voucher Fund Drive for Thanksgiving and Christmas is underway and the committee members are seeking monetary donations to help those less fortunate to have a better Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner.
These vouchers will be redeemed at Evans Market.
In 2015 the committee received requests for 42 families consisting of 73 adults and 33 children for Thanksgiving and Christmas which left a very small amount to start out with this year.
If you would like to make a donation, make checks payable to Tidioute Holiday Food Vouchers and mail to Linda Scott, 60 Jefferson St., Tidioute, PA 16351.
Applications will be distributed throughout the community businesses the week of Oct. 3. Locations will be announced at that time.
Gun Winner
VFW Post 8803 has announced the winner of the Island M1 1945 30 cal. Carbine.
Winner was John Byers of Columbus.
Soldiers and Sailors
The Soldiers and Sailors Home residents will be coming to the VFW Post 8803 on Thursday, Oct. 27 and will be served a lunch and play some bingo games.

The next raffle at VFW Post 8803 is for a TIKKA T3 308 Cal. with scope mounts and soft gun case.
Tickets are $2 each and the drawing is set for Dec. 19.

Pierogie Sales
A huge thank you everyone who contributed to the St John Church fishing tournament pierogi project. To those who donated products and money to help defray the cost of the supplies, the production crew making the pierogi, and those who helped in the booth during the tournament, Fran is most grateful.

Halloween Dance
There will be a Halloween Dance on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 8 p.m. to midnight at the VFW with the costume judging at 9 p.m.
George Jones Memorial Walleye
The 20th Annual George Jones Memorial Walleye/Bass tournament will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1 starting at 7 a.m. with fishing from Kinzua Dam to President. All fish become the property of the tournament and will be returned to the river.
Entry fee will be $50 per team and a lunker fee of $10 per team.
Adult-Youth: youth must be under the age of 16.
You must stop fishing at 4 p.m. and be at the weigh-in site by 5 p.m.

Bingo Bus Trip
The next Bingo Bus Trip will be Saturday, Oct.15 to the Salamanca to Seneca Gaming and Entertaining.
The bus will depart from the Northwest Bank parking lot in Tidioute at 9 a.m. and return approximately 6 p.m.
Tickets are $20 each and this will secure you a seat on the bus and is nonrefundable and you will receive an incentive package.
There is a new drop box at Crystals, 17 Scott St., for payments for the bingo trip to be placed in.

Zombie Run
The run is now going to take place on Saturday, Oct. 22 with registration at 9 a.m. and the run will start at 10 a.m. at the Tidioute firehall.
This will be a Zombie Run/Walk and costumes are encouraged but not required to participate. So put on your best Zombie gear or become a Zombie head hunter for a good cause.
Early registration fee is $20 which will include a t-shirt if you register by Oct. 1 and it will be $25 thereafter. You can register the day of the race but a t-shirt is not guaranteed.

Scarecrow Competition
Tidioute Community Charter School PTO will hold a Scarecrow Competition on the front lawn of the school on Wednesday, Oct. 26 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (the rain date will be Oct. 27) Judging will be at 6:30 p.m.
They invite the community members, families and students to participate.
The competition is free and prizes will be awarded to the winning scarecrows. Categories include: Best Traditional Scarecrow, Silliest, Prettiest, Biggest, Most Unique and People’s Choice.
There will be light refreshments and hay wagon rides.
Legion Auxiliary Raffle
Members of the Am Legion Auxiliary Post 0334 are selling chances on Christmas Cash.
Tickets are $5 each and you could win $500 for first place; $250 for second place; or $100 for third place.
Drawing will be held on Dec.7 in time for Christmas; only 500 tickets will be sold.

AM Legion Post 0334 members are selling chances on a Cash Raffle with the drawing to be held on December 2.
Prizes are $500 for first place; $250 for second place and $250 for third place.

Kids Derby
The Kids Derby was held on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with 63 kids registered to fish.
Winner was Colton Jamieson, age 4 of Tidioute, who had 32 inches of fish. Colton’s father, Matt, won the Kids Derby in 1981.
Second-place winner was Ayla Reese of Endeavor with 31.5 inches of fish. In third place was Alyssa York of Beaver Falls with 30 inches of fish. Youngest fisherperson was Jessa Joseph, age 3, who had 27.5 inches of fish.
Bike winner from a raffle was Lee Getty of Tidioute.
Parade Results
There were 39 units registered in the parade this year which had a theme of “Dr Seuss”.
Float winners were first place, Tidioute Towers; second place, Tidioute Community Charter School; and third place, Watson Grange 1068.
Color Guard was from Am Vets 113, Marching Bands was Tidioute Community Charter School under the direction of Mr. Bush.
Senior Drill Team winner was Molly Dies Dance Unlimited of Warren, Senior Drum and Baton was Kidnetex, Junior Drum and Baton was Kidnetex, Motorized Units was Gold Wing Riders of Chapter Q, Custom Vehicle was ISICH (Independent Search and Rescue Canine Handlers). Horses-Group was Hidden Pines Ranch, Fire Equipment winners were Best Pumper-Hickory VFD, Best Tanker-Grand Valley VFD, Best Rescue-Garland VFD, Best Brush Truck-Tidioute VFD, Best Ambulance-Grand Valley, Furthest Distance-Youngsville VFD.
Community Service Awards
Bradley and Jennifer Zeigler were presented the Community Service Award for all their work with the Girl Scouts, Charter School and their activities and good quality family time.
Amanda Craft-Shields was presented the Community Service Award for all her work with the Tidioute Sports Booster, PTO and Am Legion Auxiliary and time well spent with her husband and son.
Sponsorship Tree
This year the fishing tournament committee came up with a Sponsorship Tree to recognize all the sponsors for their generosity.
The leaves on the tree are bronze, silver and gold colored and represent the sponsors. Stop and take a look.
Closing Ceremonies
John Brown took the opportunity to introduce the board members and the committee members and thanked all the volunteers who took the time to help out to get this year’s tournament off the ground. Thanking the property owners for the use of their property for the concessions and carnival. Thanks to the many organizations and businesses who supported the tournament. Without all these people something this big cannot happen, it takes the entire community pulling together.

Pennsylvania State Championship Fishing Committee would like to apologize to those who did not receive a Parade Application, Grounds application or Sponsorship application.
These errors occurred due to technical malfunctions.
Thank you to those who did receive applications and were able to participate in this yearly event.

Brett Carion of Sarver, PA was announced as the Champion Angler 2016 ; Second-place angler was Raymond Severns III from Finnleyville, PA and Third-place angler was Justin Drukenbrod of Tidioute.
Junior Champion Angler winner was Mitchell McDaid of Erie, second place was Lexis Drukenbrod of Tidioute and in third place was Blake Sabella of Tidioute.
Oldest male angler was Henry Ursitz, age 94, and Oldest female anger was Michelle Thomas.
Weekend totals was 150 fish for a total weight of 325.72 pounds. All fish were returned to the river by the committee members.
Lunker Awards were won in the following categories: Musky-William Cressley with 24.38; Northern Pike-Derek Rapp with 9.27; Walleye-Raymond Severns IV with 6.34; Bass-Ed Fike with 4.25 and Trout-Adam Barker with 5.71.
Largest Catfish was 19.04 caught by Matt Vargason.
Borough Council
Tidioute Borough Council held a special meeting Monday, Sept.26 in order to hire a Maintenance Department laborer and conduct other business as necessary.
Council accepted the resignation of council member Ella Johnson. Robert Fath was appointed to fill the open council seat. Mayor Pam McLaughlin swore him into office, he will be assigned to committees.
Minutes from the July meeting were accepted as read. There were no meetings in August or the regular night of council.
The treasurer’s report was accepted and approval was given to pay the bills for July, August and September.
Motion to hire Jessica Johnson as the part-time operator in training for water and sewer plants operator.
Maintenance department laborer position was discussed in executive session and once the meeting was re-convened the motion was made to hire Ron Toomey as the new maintenance person to fill the position that Ed Kernick has now; he will retire on Friday, Sept. 30.
There will be a budget meeting on Thursday, Oct. 6.
Permission was granted to Cindy Paulmier to place the United Fund thermometer in Picture Show Park again this year.
David Paulmier was appointed to SWCMA Authority board to fill a vacancy there.
Council appointed Linda Scott to the new banner project, she reported on the design and the cost. These will be done for the spring when the maintenance department removes the holiday ones. Funding will be sought to cover the cost.

Maintenance department laborer position was discussed in executive session and once the meeting was re-convened the motion was made to hire Ron Toomey as the new maintenance person to fill the position that Ed Kernick has now; he will retire on Friday, Sept. 30.
There will be a budget meeting on Thursday, Oct. 6.
Permission was granted to Cindy Paulmier to place the United Fund thermometer in Picture Show Park again this year.
David Paulmier was appointed to SWCMA Authority board to fill a vacancy there.
Council appointed Linda Scott to the new banner project, she reported on the design and the cost. These will be done for the spring when the maintenance department removes the holiday ones. Funding will be sought to cover the cost.

Brett Carion of Sarver was named Champion Angler of 2016 on Sunday during the closing of the 2016 PA State Championship Fishing Tournament in Tidioute.
Carion was presented with his trophy and $1,000 by Anna Burke, Miss Tidioute 2016 .
In second place was Raymond Severns III of Finnleyville, and Justin Drukenbrod of Tidioute took third place.
Weekend totals came to two musky with a total weight of 39.85 pounds; eight northern pike with a total weight of 47.27; 18 walleye with a total weight of 32.39; 89 small mouth bass with a weight totaling 192.82; and 12 trout with a total weight of 13.39.
The total weight was 325.72 for 150 fish.
The weather was dry and warm with clear skies for the four-day festivities. However, a bit warm for the fishing part.
Junior Champion Angler was Mitchell McDaid of Bradner, Ohio, with a total of 10 fish weighing 16.6; Lexis Drukenbrod of Tidioute took second with a weight of 12.69; and Blake Sabella of Tidioute took third with a total of 8.64 pounds.
Oldest Male Angler was Henry Ursitz, age 94, of Cannonsburg, who entered a 12.88-pound bass. The Oldest Female Angler was Michelle Thomas with a 1.57-pound bass. Largest Catfish of 19.04 caught by Matt Vargason.
Category winners on Saturday were as follows: Musky: first place was William Cressley with 24.38 pounds, second place was Raymond Severns III with 15.47; Northern Pike: first place was Derek Rapp with14.38, second place was David Kyler with 12.91, and third place was Josh McDunn with 7.48; Walleye: first place was Justin Drukenbrod with 11.1, second place was Brett Carion with 8.75 and third place was Mark W. Anderson with 6.44; Small Mouth Bass: first place was George Defrehn with 18.73, second place was Ed Fike with 17.14 and in third place was Bradley Morgan; Trout: first place was Adam Barker with 5.71, second place was James Wrightsman with 2.69, third place was Stevie Barnett with 2.31.
Lunker Awards went to William Cressley for a 24.38pound musky; Derek Rapp for a 9.27-pound northern pike; Raymond Severns IV with a 6.34-pound walleye; Ed Fike with a 4.25-pound small mouth bass and Adam Barker for a 5.71-pound trout.

57th PSCFT Festivities
Once again the Pennsylvania State Championship Fishing Tournament Committee is gearing up for the big weekend filled with lots of activities that will keep the entire family busy from Thursday, September 22 to Sunday, September 25.
Thursday and Friday the Grounds and Carnival open at 6 p.m. There will be lots of rides and concessions to keep your family busy and full.
Watson Grange will have their Dime Pitch open for the four days, Tidioute Sports Boosters will have their food booth open with Fully Loaded Baked Potatoes, Funnel Cake Booth will be open as well as the Hot Sausages and Meatball Subs-this year it is being run by the tournament committee members assisted by Mary and Shirley sharing their recipes. St John Church will be selling Pierogies heated on site and will have frozen ones for sale as well.
Saturday, September 24 will start with the Kids Derby at 9 a.m. at Benner Park and ends at 11 a.m.-this is sponsored by Tidioute Lions Club with Ann Jones in charge.
An Arts and Craft Show at the Firehall will offer several vendors with plenty of gift ideas for the fall and Christmas seasons. This starts at 9 a.m. and runs till 4:30 p.m. for more information please contact Reta Adams at 814-484-7310 or Bev Stotler at 814-484-3549.
Saturday at 1p.m. will be the Parade with a theme of “Dr Seuss”, registration is in front of the firehall at 10 a.m. with lineup at 11 a.m. Judging will be done by All State Judges. Floats are judged prior to the start of the parade.
Fishermen must be in to the scales by 8 p.m. sharp Saturday before the scales close. Announcement of the finalist and referees will take place at that time.
Announcement of the Junior Angler will be at approximately 9 p.m. Door prizes will be drawn at 8 p.m. and you must be present to win. Tickets will be on sale under the main tent throughout the day.

Bingo Bus Trip
A Bingo Bus Trip will be traveling to Salamanca to Seneca Gaming and Entertainment for a day of Bingo on Saturday, October 15.
There will be many games to play and chances to win cash.
The bus will depart from Northwest Bank parking lot in Tidioute at 9 a.m. and make a stop at Warren Mall for more Bingo players and will return home approximately 6 p.m.

Tidioute TATA’s is sponsoring a Zombie Run on Saturday, October 22 with registration at 9 a.m. at the Tidioute Firehall.

Scarecrow Competition
Tidioute Community Charter School PTO will hold a Scarecrow Competition on the front lawn of the school on Wednesday, October 26 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (rain date will be October 27) judging will be at 6:30 p.m.
They invite the community, families and students to participate.
The competition is free and prizes will be awarded to the winning scarecrows.
There are several categories: Best Traditional Scarecrow; Silliest; Prettiest; Biggest; Most Unique; and Peoples’ Choice.

Miss Tidioute Winner
Miss Annah Burke daughter of John and Stacy Burke of Tionesta was crowned Miss Tidioute 2016 at the 43rd Miss Tidioute Pageant held at the Tidioute Community Charter School Saturday, September 17 at 7 p.m.
Annah, and eleventh grader at Tidioute Community Charter School was escorted by Dalton Kennedy. She participates in Soccer, Basketball, Trap, Drama Club, Student Council, Spanish Club, National Honor Society, Blood Drives, Academic Bowl, Prom Committee and 4-H. Annah plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh.
Amber Graves, daughter of Jamie and Tanya Graves of Titusville is an eleventh grader at TCCS and was escorted by Jamie Graves. Amber just started to attend Tidioute this year and plans to join the Archery Club and would like to attend Cosmetology School.
Bella Konkle, daughter of Jimmy and Terri Konkle of Tidioute is an eleventh grader at TCCS. She was escorted by Jon Feit. She participates in Volleyball, Honor Society, Student Council, Prom Committee, Envirothon, Trap, Archery, and Academic Bowl. She plans to attend West VA. University majoring in Criminology.
Each contestant wrote an essay on the Fishing Tournament and for the talent portion of the pageant each one did public speaking due to the short time frame for preparing a talent.
Winning Essay went to Annah Burke. People’s Choice was Annah Burke, Miss Congeniality was Amber Graves and First Runner-Up was Bella Konkle.
Special music was provided by the band “Critical Nightmare” all students at TCCS. Conor Coughlin and Dakota Gourley represented the Tidioute Community Charter School Band and played Saxophones.
Our Master of Ceremonies was Mike Sofranko and judges were Sue Bemis, Arlene Sofranko and Norm Bemis.
Pageant Director Linda Scott was assisted by Helen Williams, Kelley McKean and Beth Bonner.

Salt Squad
Salt Squad has started up again at the Allegheny Bible Church on Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
This is for all children in the community in grades kindergarten through grade six.
Children participate in Bible verse memorization, Bible lessons, singing, crafts related to the scripture lesion, and of course, snacks.
Points are earned each week to be used as “currency” toward prizes when “Salt Squad Store Night” is held and the accumulated points are tallied at the end of the year to determine awards and trophies earned.
The ministry of the Salt Squad program is to encourage the understanding and memorization of the scriptures, and especially to ensure the children’s understanding of Jesus Christ’s salvation message of the Gospel and how the Bible, from Old and New Testament, proclaims it.
The program was developed by Pastor Dale Timco during his years in youth ministry in the Pittsburgh area.

Tournament
The 20th Glenn McKown Memorial Bass Tournament will be held on Saturday, Sept. 10 starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m.
Weigh-in will be at Tidioute Boat Launch and you must be in to the scales by 4 p.m. No exceptions.
Fee is $30 per team with an optional lunker fee of $5 per team.
Permitted waters are from Kinzua tailwaters to President boat launch.
Artificial lures only, no live bait. All decisions of the tournament officials are final.
No alcoholic beverages consumed on board during tournament hours.
Only six bass per two-man team can be weighed.
At no time may a contestant return a dead fish to the water with the purpose of replacing it with a live fish. If a fish dies in a live well, it counts in the catch of the individual and may not be culled during the tournament

Miss Tidioute Pageant
Plans for the 2016 Miss Tidioute Pageant are underway with a meeting with those girls in the 10th and 11th grade class at Tidioute Community Charter School.
Practices will be held at the convenience of the contestants at the school.
Each contestant need to submit an application and a 500-word essay on, “What I Like About the Fishing Tournament”.
The pageant will be held on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. at the school and is open to the public.
Contestants will meet privately with the judges for a short interview, then be introduced to the audience, each will present some type of talent and appear in a long gown or long dress. As escort is recommended but not mandatory.
Donations will be accepted at the door and there will be some raffles prior to the pageant and refreshments following the pageant.

Lynn Espin and Joy Wiedmaier were at the Tidioute Senior Center recently to discuss Care Giving, a program offered by the Area Agency on Aging.
The Area Agency on Aging offers several programs for seniors such as Aging Waiver Program for Adults over age 60. Service Coordination helping you plan your care with things like: personal assistance services, nursing, medication set up, personal emergency response system, home modifications, and adult day center. Also available are home delivered meals, intake and referral services, outreach programs, Apprise-trained staff provide insurance counseling and clarification for older Pennsylvanian. Pre-Admission Assessments, Protective Services, nursing home transition, long term care Ombudsman programs, center services and recreation, congregate meals, and prime time health.

The Pennsylvania State Championship Fishing Tournament festivities will begin on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 6 p.m. with the grounds, carnival and concessions opening at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23 the grounds, carnival and concessions will open at 6 p.m. again.
Saturday, Sept. 24 there will be a craft show at the Tidioute Firehall from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Kids Derby from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Benner Park on Tidioute Creek Road, sponsored by Tidioute Lions Club assisted by Ann Jones. Grounds, carnival and concessions open at noon, parade at 1 p.m. with a theme of “Dr. Seuss”, lineup at 10 a.m., Door prizes at 8 p.m. you must be present to win these prizes, finalist for Sunday fishing will be announced with a referee at 8:30 p.m. Winners will receive $25 and trophy for first place ( determined by the most total weight per category), $15 and trophy for second place, $10 for third place, and $10 and trophy for largest catfish. Junior Champion Angler announced at 9 p.m. the winner will receive $50 and a trophy along with other prizes. The trophy and some of the prizes are donated by the George Jones Memorial Walleye/Bass Tournament Committee, and topping off the evening will be the fireworks at 9:45 p.m. sponsored by Tidioute Trading Post and the Servicemen’s Home Corporation.
Sunday, Sept. 25 the final fishing starts at 5 a.m. and all fishermen must be into the scales by 2 p.m. sharp, no exceptions.
Grounds, carnival and concessions open at noon. Crowning of the Champion Angler at 3 p.m. closing ceremonies begin at 3:30 p.m. with all drawing winners announced, this includes organizations who have drawings that day.
The Champion Angler will receive $1,000 and a trophy, second-place angler will receive $250 and a trophy, third-place angler will win $150 and a trophy. Lunker awards will be presented to anglers in each category.
The oldest male angler to register fish will receive $100 sponsored by the residents of Tidioute Towers, and the oldest female who registers fish will receive $100 sponsored by a friend of the tournament.
Tournament grand prize for Sunday will be a Yeti Tundra Cooler for first-place prize and the second place will be $250 cash.
Three bikes were donated to the tournament that will be drawn from the ride ticket stubs for a girl and a boy donated by St. John Knights of Columbus and the Olive Temple Lodge in Tionesta, and the third one donated by the Tidioute Presbyterian Women’s Association will be raffled at the Kids Derby at Benner Park on Saturday, Sept. 24.
All game fish must be registered, Muskellunge must be at least 40 inches to qualify; Northern Pike must be at least 24 inches to qualify; Walleye must be at least 15 inches to qualify, Small Mouth Bass must be at least 12 inches to qualify and Trout must be at least 7 inches to qualify.

The Elzie E. Lynch Am Legion Post 0334 in Tidioute will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 6:30 p.m.

Canoe/Kayak Results
On Sunday there were 162 participants who registered and participated in the First Canoe/Kayak Poker Run that was sponsored by the Sons of the American Legion Post 0334.
This was a wonderful turnout and the committee thanks the property owners, Timm Jones for the use of his land behind the Wildwood for launching the canoes/kayaks.
A thank you to the volunteers who were on the islands with the cards, on island one was Tyler, on island two were Devon Kagle and Jessica Nuttall, on island three were Terry Cotterman and Kirk Schwab, and on island four was Brad and Jennifer Nuttall and daughter Kelsey and on island five were Kelly Valentine and wife Kristy.
The first group to come in at one time were Don Boyle, Brenda Boyle and Warren Shippee.
Members of the Am Legion, Sons of Am Legion and Auxiliary members were on hand to welcome all those who attended and they had lots of food, raffles and membership applications on hand for prospective members.
George Jones Memorial Walleye/Bass Tournament
The 20th George Jones Memorial Walleye/Bass Tournament will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1 starting at 7 a.m. and all fishing must stop at 4 p.m. and be at the weigh-in site by 5 p.m.
Entry fee is $50 per team and there is a Lunker Fee of $10 per team.
Teams can consist of adult/youth-youth must be under the age of 16.
Fishing boundaries will be from Kinzua Dam to President.
New this year: a combination of Walleye and Small Mouth Bass will be allowed to be entered. Tournament limit will be six walleye and three small mouth bass.
Walleyes and small mouth bass must measure 15 inches.

Salt Squad
Salt Squad has started up again at the Allegheny Bible Church on Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
This is for all children in the community in grades kindergarten through grade six.
Children participate in Bible verse memorization, Bible lessons, singing, crafts related to the scripture lesion, and of course, snacks.
Points are earned each week to be used as “currency” toward prizes when “Salt Squad Store Night” is held and the accumulated points are tallied at the end of the year to determine awards and trophies earned.
The ministry of the Salt Squad program is to encourage the understanding and memorization of the scriptures, and especially to ensure the children’s understanding of Jesus Christ’s salvation message of the Gospel and how the Bible, from Old and New Testament, proclaims it.
The program was developed by Pastor Dale Timco during his years in youth ministry in the Pittsburgh area.

Tidioute Fire Department will hold an open house on Sunday, Sept. 11 following the 911 Memorial Services.
This is open to the public and all are welcome to attend, this is an opportunity to see what the department has to offer to the community and meet the firefighters, EMTs and first responders.

Tournament
The 20th Glenn McKown Memorial Bass Tournament will be held on Saturday, Sept. 10 starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m.
Weigh-in will be at Tidioute Boat Launch and you must be in to the scales by 4 p.m. No exceptions.
Fee is $30 per team with an optional lunker fee of $5 per team.
Permitted waters are from Kinzua tailwaters to President boat launch.
Artificial lures only, no live bait. All decisions of the tournament officials are final.
No alcoholic beverages consumed on board during tournament hours.
Only six bass per two-man team can be weighed.
At no time may a contestant return a dead fish to the water with the purpose of replacing it with a live fish. If a fish dies in a live well, it counts in the catch of the individual and may not be culled during the tournament

Miss Tidioute Pageant
Plans for the 2016 Miss Tidioute Pageant are underway with a meeting with those girls in the 10th and 11th grade class at Tidioute Community Charter School.
Practices will be held at the convenience of the contestants at the school.
Each contestant need to submit an application and a 500-word essay on, “What I Like About the Fishing Tournament”.
The pageant will be held on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. at the school and is open to the public.
Contestants will meet privately with the judges for a short interview, then be introduced to the audience, each will present some type of talent and appear in a long gown or long dress. As escort is recommended but not mandatory.
Donations will be accepted at the door and there will be some raffles prior to the pageant and refreshments following the pageant.
