Band and Choir
Band and Choir students are collecting clean, gently used clothes and shoes for Goodwill from now until the end of February. Collection bins will be placed in the band room and the main office soon, or bring items in garbage bags (please don't overload) during school or pep band hours. We will get 12 cents per pound, and many others will benefit through the process! I was amazed to find out more about the Goodwill organization; not only do they provide used items for sale, but also job training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities, sheltered workplaces, and other services for people in need. You get your closets cleaned out, we earn a little $$ and they provide employment to help others - everybody wins!
