Public drunkenness. On Sept. 12, Warren City Police cited Andrew Miles, 48, of Warren, for public drunkenness after officers were dispatched to a suspected intoxicated male roaming a neighborhood and acting strangely.

Harassment. Warren City Police cited a juvenile for harassment on Sept. 4, after they were dispatched to a domestic dispute.
Retail Theft. On Sept. 7, Warren City Police cited Brandon Fox, 21, of Warren, with retail theft, after he was witnessed consuming an item in a local grocery store and then left the stoe without paying for the item.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Sept. 16 at 1:55 a.m. on Kinzua Rd. south of Hawg Rd. According to police, the crash occurred as Robert Olewinski, 66 of Johnsonburg, was traveling west on Rt 59 and crossed the center line, striking a trailer being pulled by Merle Smith, 63, of Titusville. After striking the trailer, Olewinski's vehicle traveled off the south side of the roadway and struck an embankment. Olewinski was extricated from the vehicle by mechanical means and transported to Warren Genreal Hospital by ambulance. Police report Smith was not injured in the accident and both drivers were wearing seatbelts. Both units were towed from the scene. Olewinski was found to be under the influence of alcohol and will be charged with DUI and other traffic violations. Police were assisted on the scene by EmergyCare, Clarendon and Glade Fire Departments, and Koebley and Pennmark Towing Companies.
