Clare L. Theuret

He was born on Feb. 28, 1942, in Meadville, Pa., a son to the late, Clare P. And Thelma (Burton) Theuret.

Clare was very involved in the Youngsville Volunteer Fire Department for 48 years, where he had many hats through the years, most recently he was the president. He enjoyed hauling his Amish friends around and was always very helpful. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Rose (Black) Theuret; his sons: Brian Theuret (Melinda) of Mississippi, and Bruce (Patty) Theuret of Jamestown, N.Y.; his son-in-law, Bobby May of Youngsville, Pa,; his siblings: Dave Theuret of Oshkosh, Wis., Linda Peterson of Corry, Pa,, Diane Kysor of Tobaccoville, N.C., Jaunita Bunting of Davenport, Fla., Dennis Theuret and Martha Vanderhoof, both of Corry, Pa., Terry Theuret of Ashville, N.C., and Janice Palmer of Vt; seven grandsons; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Clare was preceded in death by his two daughters: Christina M. Theuret and Laura L. May; his sisters, Mary Rockow and Barb Williams; and a brother, Charles “Chuck” Theuret.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. at the Youngsville Firehall, 29 Fireman Drive, Youngsville, PA 16371.
