Paul Dennis Mahaffy
Paul Dennis Mahaffy, born June 21, 1941, went peacefully to join his Savior, his parents and his best friend (son-in-law) on July 3, 2020 in Brunswick, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Norma Donaldson Mahaffy; children: Paul Michael (Lisa Bennet) Dayton; Pamela Steinkamp; Brunswick, and Jacob Seven randchildren; one great- grandchild; sister, Kathleen Mahaffy; and brother, Perry Mahaffy (Veronica).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Kathleen (Jenkins) Mahaffy; and his son-in-law, Rick Steinkamp.
He received degrees from Warren High School in 1959, Indiana University, Indiana, Pa., and Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio. Paul also graduated from the Army War College, Carlisle, Pa.
Following his career in business, Paul was able to fulfill his life-long dream of owning and operating his own gun shop in Warren, Pa.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 18, 2020, from 3:30-5 p.m., at Smith Cemetery in Warren, Pa., with a short graveside service at 4 p.m.
