Robert Lord

Robert Parker Lord of Jamestown, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord peacefully on May 18, 2020 surrounded by his beloved wife Heather, daughter Jeannie, Granddaughter Catherine and brother-in- law James by his side. Robert was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania on June 6, 1942. He served in the United States Army. He loved his country, and was very patriotic. He was also an Ohio State Patrolman. He worked as a landscaper in Hawaii. His final career was a tool and die maker before he retired in 2002. He was very involved in the pro-life movement and was part of Operation Rescue as well as the head of the local Christians Concerned for the Sanctity of Life and Lifers groups in Warren, Pennsylvania. He served on the school board in Pennsylvania. He also led the local chapter of the Pennsylvania Gun Owners Association. Bob loved to make people laugh and had a wonderful, dry sense of humor. His wife said that he made her laugh every day of their marriage of almost 23 years. He loved animals and was very kind and affectionate with his cats and dogs. They all loved him, and are feeling the loss of him deeply.
