Charles Foust

Charles E. Foust, 75, a resident of the Rouse Warren Co. Home, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019, at the Warren General Hospital.

Charles was born February 19, 1944, in Warren, a son to the late Merle and Elizabeth (Lawson) Foust. He served in the US Army and was a member of the Warren American Legion Post 135. He had worked at Chemical Products for many years until they closed and enjoyed tinkering on automobiles.

Charles is survived by his children, Thomas Foust of Warren, Kimberly (William) Anthony of Pittsfield, and Kirk Foust and his fiance Hollie Lore of Warren, his siblings, Floyd (Carolyn Bedow) Foust of Warren, Lucy Kay (Gary) Lyon of Spring Creek and Roy (Cenci) Foust and Gary (Janis) Foust, both of Warren, his grandchildren, Samantha Anthony, Cailyn Scalise, Cole Foust, Chase Foust and Michael Lore and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mavis (Pope) Foust, a daughter, Holly Jean Foust and a granddaughter, Haven Foust.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 4th at 11 am at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, in Youngsville. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Scandia Cemetery with full military honors being conducted by the Youngsville American Legion Honor Guard.
