Lee Rosequist

He was born May 11, 1933 in Titusville, PA, a son to the late Junior Lee Rosequist and Ruby (Cochener) Frisbee Rosequist.

Lee was a US Navy Veteran, having served as a Seabee. He was then a carpenter for Struthers Wells for the rest of his working life until his retirement. Lee was a member of the Tidioute American legion and also the Tidioute VFW. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting season with the guys, fishing, trapping, gardening, bowling and in his earlier years, taking his children to the Hoot Owl Camp, playing baseball and boy scouts. Lee was an animal lover and always loved spending time with his family.

Lee is survived by his children, Karin (Greg) Downey of Tidioute, PA; Laura (Mark) Kopta of Clymer, NY and Terri Rosequist of Warren, PA; 3 stepsons, Darrell, Rick and Stan Blakeslee; 10 grandchildren; 18 greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his dog and sweet companion, Heidi.

In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by his wife, Martha (Fitzgerald) Rosequist; a son, Wayne Rosequist, a brother, Gene Rosequist and a sister, Greta Sites.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday December 16, at 3:00pm at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 North Main Street, Youngsville, PA 16371 with the Rev. Ralph Culp, officiating. Visitation will be held for half hour prior to the service.
