A memorial service for Elmer C. “Corky” Slack, Jr., 87, of Sheffield, Pa., who passed away on June 5, 2018, was held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 22, 2018, at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., Warren, Pa., with Rev. Terry A. Teluch officiating. Interment was in Sheffield Cemetery.
