The Warren Council of the Knights of Columbus recently presented 132 winter coats, in children’s sizes, to the Salvation Army of Warren.

The donation was made possible by donations received from local businesses and organizations as well donations from parishioners from Holy Redeemer and St. Joseph Churches in Warren.

Subsequently, the Knights also provided $500 to the Salvation Army from the Lou Mascaro Fund to assist the Salvation Army to purchase additional children’s clothing and coats.

“The Knights recognize the Salvation Army as a key community resource with close ties to the entire Warren County population and in the best position to get the coats to those in need,” Warren Council of the Knights of Columbus members said in a news release.

Starting at $3.50/week.
